PaymentAll major credit cards are accepted and processed via Paypal.
ExchangesExchanged are accepted when the item is received by us in its original, unused condition. Shipping will not be refunded on exchanges, and will need to be paid again by the buyer before a new card is shipped.
**Custom orders can not be exchanged** DamageIf your order arrives unusably damaged, please let us know immediately, and include a photo showing the damage.
DetailsDepending on which type of device you're using to view our card photos, some colors may appear to be slightly different from how they are in person (they always look BETTER in person!). If you have a question about an item, please feel free to contact us.
Custom OrdersWe welcome custom orders. Contact us for any custom requests. An invoice for your custom order will be sent to your email and must be paid before we begin working on the order. Custom orders are typically mailed out within 5 to 8 day after payment is received. **Custom orders cannot be exchanged**

ShippingPurchases are shipped via Canada Post lettermail service (which does not include tracking) on the following Canadian business day after your payment is received and cleared.
If preferred, we will ship directly to the card recipient on your behalf. Just let us know what you would like to say and we will hand-write the message inside the card for you and mail it off to them at no extra charge.
